SOUTHWOOD

Southwood and West Torrance HOA's hosted a joint Candidate Forum on April 21, 2022, at the West High School Performing Arts Center. The candidates for Mayor and City Treasurer answered questions composed by the HOA boards and public input. The one candidate for City Clerk, Rebecca Poirier, introduced herself as well. Additionally, we had speakers for and against Measure SST (1/2 cent local sales tax increase).
