WHY JOIN?
As a member of the Southwood Homeowners Association you will be supporting an organization that provides a collective voice for the 2,200 households in the southwood area, as well as an organization that keeps you informed about the issues affecting our neighborhood. Through monthly newsletters, candidate forums, a Facebook page, and occasional emails, you are kept up to date on local developments. We also support our neighborhood schools with gifts and award a scholarship to a southwood area West High student. Please join us!
Annual dues run from January through December. Membership applications received after September 1 will apply towards the following year.
