Southwood and West Torrance HOA's hosted a joint Mayor and City Treasurer Forum on April 13, 2026, at Bert Lynn Middle School. The mayoral candidates were George Chen and Sharon Kalani. The treasurer candidates were Mike Griffiths, Aurelio Mattucci, and Charles Deemer.
